For using any type of film in your vertical packaging machine, Breedewegh supplies the ideal forming shoulder.
Our moulding shoulders consist of a stainless steel moulding shaft and a stainless steel wing with a rigidised profile. To further increase wear resistance and reduce the coefficient of friction, we coat the mould shoulders with an mcp layer.
The combination of profile and chrome layer ensures perfect flow of any applied film. The moulded shoulders are available with overlap and/or overlap seam.
